Ed Mueller, Managing Director
Ed Mueller is a seasoned business, IT, and consulting professional with a proven track record of successfully leading major strategy and system implementation projects at global mid-market and Fortune 100 companies. During his twenty-plus years of professional consulting experience, Ed has developed deep business and functional expertise in a broad range of business processes, including purchasing, inventory control, vendor management, manufacturing, warehouse management, distribution logistics, and financial operations.
Ed is a systems integration expert and has managed multiple implementations of both packaged and custom systems, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, through the full project lifecycle. He is experienced and qualified as a strategic IT and business advisor, program manager, project manager, business analyst and business process change management lead.
Paul Grove, Director
Paul Grove is a proven leader and implementer of IT systems and new business processes, with over 20 years of professional consulting experience. He is a business process expert with deep functional experience in inventory control, manufacturing, warehouse management, distribution logistics, procurement, vendor management, merchandising, electronic commerce, and financial operations.
Paul has full project lifecycle implementation experience with multiple packaged and custom systems, as well as extensive industry experience delivering technology and business solutions to distributors, major retailers, manufacturers, and government agencies. Paul's wide-ranging expertise qualifies him as a program manager, lead business analyst, and change management lead for business processes and training.
Luke Hankins, Director
Luke Hankins is an experienced program and project manager with over 15 years of enterprise software selection and implementation experience. Luke has broad functional and technical knowledge across all areas of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, including financials, procurement, order management, distribution, human resources, customer systems, and business intelligence. Specifically, he has extensive expertise in the design and implementation of Oracle Applications, including the Financials, Manufacturing, Distribution, Customer Management, and Business Intelligence modules.
Luke has a deep background in managing large and small teams composed of both consultants and client personnel with responsibility for timelines, budgets, change management, and meeting organizational goals.
Harry Kiefaber, Director
Harry Kiefaber has over 26 years of consulting experience. Mr. Kiefaber has a reputation of establishing strong, positive interpersonal relationships through his communication skills, presentations, and client commitment. He has worked with a number of organizations to meet their administrative and operational challenges. Harry improves individual and group performance by proactively coaching, building cohesive teams and promoting an atmosphere of harmony while addressing tough issues directly.
Tony Kopyar, Director
Tony Kopyar has over twenty years of experience as a business and IT consultant. He has deep project management, business process and functional expertise in the areas of distribution, order fulfillment, inventory management, procurement, manufacturing, human resources and financials. Tony is a systems integration expert in both Oracle ERP and custom application development, having led multiple implementations through the full project lifecycle. He is a Certified Oracle Implementation professional.
Tony has broad industry experience delivering technology and business solutions within the public and private sectors, including utilities, consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, distribution, federal and state government, and aerospace & defense. He is qualified and experienced as a strategic IT and business advisor, program manager, project manager, business analyst and business process change management lead.
Jim McDonough, Director
Jim McDonough is a proven leader with extensive experience managing projects through the full project lifecycle, including planning, prototyping, design, implementation, conversion and support. With more than 19 years of consulting experience, Jim's expertise covers a wide range of functions and industries in both the private and public sectors.
Jim is a systems integration expert with a focus on integrated Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems at both the local and global levels. Jim has served as a project manager and/or subject matter expert for multiple Oracle R12 upgrades and he is both a Certified Oracle Implementation professional and a Certified Oracle On Demand professional.
Brad Norkin, Director
Brad Norkin has over 17 years of management and technology consulting experience as a senior consultant and project leader. Brad has successfully delivered on over 18 projects including ERP implementations, data management initiatives, custom application development and business process reengineering efforts. Brad has specialized in working with organizations to meet their business and technology goals through business process redesign, ERP implementation efforts, data management initiatives, and strategic planning.
Brad is an experienced and qualified strategic IT and business advisor, program manager, project manager and business analyst with broad industry experience delivering technology and business solutions within public and private sectors, including state and local government, education, utilities, and professional services.
Brian Pellot, Director
Brian Pellot is a proven delivery specialist with extensive system implementation and integration experience in numerous industries and technologies. In his twenty years of solution delivery, he has led and managed complex system implementations from inception to go-live in industries including retail supply, consumer packaged goods, apparel, utilities and supply chain machinery.
Brian's expertise focuses on integrating Enterprise Resource Planning systems. His unique combination of business acumen, deep Oracle ERP knowledge and technical expertise enables him to deliver massive value to all aspects of a systems project. His business analysis experience in Oracle Applications spans the Financials, Procurement, Order Management, Manufacturing and Human Resources. Brian is a past-president of the Ohio Valley Oracle Applications User Group (OVOAUG) and a recognized presenter for the local and national OAUG.
Jon Riley, Director
Jon Riley is a project manager with over 16 years of professional consulting experience, complemented by an additional 3 years of client-side experience. Jon has expertise in business process design and implementation across a wide range of functional areas, including order management, materials management, manufacturing, shipping, billing, logistics, and financials.
Jon has successfully implemented projects across several industries, including consumer packaged goods, manufacturing, retail operations, aerospace & defense, utilities, government, and healthcare. He has served as the project manager and/or subject matter expert for multiple Oracle implementations and has deep expertise in the full project implementation lifecycle.
John Tierney, Director
John Tierney is a Director with AXIA Consulting and is based out of Atlanta, Georgia. As an experienced business and IT consultant with over 20 years of industry and advisory experience, he has successfully assisted clients in managing complex business and systems transformation projects. Many of his projects have been the result of M&A, divestiture, and organic growth activities, and he has used his experience and expertise to help his clients use these opportunities to drive cost savings, realize operational synergies, and improve profitability throughout their organizations.
John has managed and executed projects for clients across multiple industries. He has led and delivered on projects that assessed business performance and viability, performed transaction due diligence, reengineered back office operations, redesigned supply chain and manufacturing business processes, developed and fine-tuned business-aligned IT strategies, and selected, designed, and implemented enterprise systems.
Shawn Hopper, Director of Business Development
Shawn Hopper has 20 years of IT marketing experience. His consultative approach to accessing client needs and recommending viable solutions through a large network of technology partners has proven very successful. Shawn has experience designing solutions for Retail, Legal, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Healthcare, Pubic Sector, Distribution, and Technology vertical markets. In addition, Shawn leads the AXIA Enterprise Content Management efforts both for Subject Matter Expertise and Project Management. Through this team's efforts, AXIA's clients have been able to recognize huge efficiency gains.
When he's not serving the IT community, Shawn spends time serving his local community. He is an active member and volunteer for the YMCA and he is the President of Fort Thomas Provides, a 501c3 serving organizations and individuals in need within his local community.
