AXIA Consulting was well represented at Collaborate 12, an Oracle technology and application conference in Las Vegas this spring.

AXIA Consultants delivered presentations covering two important topics, supply chain improvement and Oracle E-business suite controls. The first presentation covered a recent implementation of Oracle’s iSupplier and Sourcing modules, which allow businesses to transform their manual paper based sourcing process to a streamlined and collaborative approach. This implementation allowed procurement specialists to focus on strategic buying initiatives rather than manually tracking and routing documents. The implementation has helped drive bottom line cost savings through reduced material costs and increased process efficiency. The second presentation described a project that deployed Oracle’s Governance, Risk, and Compliance software suite. These tools enabled the client to manage SOX Compliance, monitor segregation of duties conflicts, track E-Business Suite transactions, monitor configuration changes, and embed controls into the E-Business suite.
