Magazine’s 500|5000 list.   Ranking 15^th and 1,167^th, respectively, AXIA Consulting boasts a three-year revenue growth of 252%.  This marks AXIA’s third consecutive appearance on the Columbus Business First Fast 50, surpassing its previous ranking of 17^th in 2010.  This is AXIA’s second foray into the nationally renowned Inc. 500.

Faced with the complexities of integrating an acquisition that tripled the company’s size and added 1,000 new employees and three manufacturing plants, Intelligrated needed a standardized and scalable enterprise-wide management system that could enable timely and cost-effective delivery of large complex warehouse systems to its customers, mainly large retailers.

By leveraging several modules of the Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1, Intelligrated successfully assimilated its new employees and manufacturing facilities and also improved the efficiency and accuracy of its internal processes.

By collaborating with AXIA Consulting, Intelligrated was able to upgrade to Oracle E-Business Suite 12.1 within budget and on time in just seven months.

AXIA Consulting is currently looking for Senior Consultants to provide objective advice, expertise and specialist skills with the aim of creating value, maximizing growth or improving the business performance of our clients.  Activities often include project management, business process design, application development, and defining information technology strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years experience in technology and business driven projects
• Minimum 4-year degree required; Preferably in Information Systems or Business. Advanced degree is a plus
• Experience and confidence in advising customers at all levels of the organization
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; experience with supporting and fostering effective communications with large, complex organizations
• Proven leadership experience
• Ability to deal with ambiguity
• Effective project management skills; ability to create a project plan, track tasks according to dates, scope, and budget
• Background in Consulting Services, particularly Big 4, is desirable
• Ability to accommodate limited travel
• Proficient in MS Office applications including: Access, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
