In December of 2014, AXIA Consulting established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and became a 100% employee-owned company. This additional employee benefit provides employees with an ownership interest in the company and further enhances the company’s 401k, bonus, and profit-sharing programs that are already in place.

The ESOP transaction will not change company operations. AXIA Consulting’s leadership team will continue to lead the company and its employees, who will now be able to benefit from the value of annual allocations of stock in the company.
