We are looking for a Director to join the AXIA team to help our growing Business Consulting Practice.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead development integrated solutions across the enterprise, identify and drive enterprise-level issues and risks
• Manage projects/programs across multiple clients
• Bring broad industry and technology expertise and advice to client executives
• Build and maintain new executive relationships outside current clients
• Find new sales opportunities, develop new account relationships, and sell work into new accounts
• Lead practice areas
• Recruit top talent for AXIA

What you bring to the team:

• 15+ years in the delivery of complex projects
• At least 7 years of experience in managing program level engagements with multiple workstreams and client stakeholders
• Ability to estimate complex programs/projects – from a solution, resource needs, and budget perspective
• Experience with leading and responding to RFPs and selling and delivering consulting projects
• High energy and highly collaborative
• Ensure we deliver maximum value at our clients
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Proven leadership experience
• Background in Consulting Services, particularly in Big 4 is desirable
• Ability to travel
• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
