Challenge: Managed the global change initiative during an Oracle R12 upgrade that included 26 modules and 2,500+ customizations.

Solution: AXIA’s comprehensive communication and training strategy, along with the expertise of our OCM consultants, proactively managed the speed, adoption, and sustainment of change. Objectives included stakeholder management, change impacts assessment, communication, training, feedback, and success measurements.

Results: AXIA delivered a comprehensive, detailed communication and training plan to ensure user adoption of change. Efforts resulted in 99.3% completion rate for 4,600 users across 42 operating sites in 25 countries.
